Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will work with you to provide a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products such as used earphones, earbuds, and personal-use items may not be eligible for return unless they arrive faulty or damaged.
